She was a woman of strong moral principles, with a strident work ethic, and a giving self-less nature. Common sense was her mantra.
Compassionate and empathetic- these qualities served her well in her chosen professional of R.N.-Registered Nurse.
Frances was my mother. I am proud to be her son. I love her and I miss her.
My condolences to my cousins on the loss of their mother.
I have many memories of Aunt Fran s visits , most being when we were kids. As well as our visit to her place before my mother passed away in 1997 and of course more recently when she came down for Aunt Joans funeral.
Please know my thoughts and prayers will be with you at the funeral even tho I can’t attend in person .
Aunt Fran was a very caring, wonderful woman and will be miss by all who knew her.
Rest In Peace Aunt Fran.
Love Janet

I worked for many years with Fran at Chelsey Park. She was truly committed to her leadership of the staff on her unit, supporting families and most importantly ensuring that the people who resided there were well cared for. Fran was gentle and kind and fair to all. She was my mentor. My sincere sympathy to you in the loss of such a great woman.
