Mom was a feisty character and had her own way. She was always driven to do things the way she thought was right, and managed to raise Ernest, Joe, and I despite all of the obstacles that were thrown her way. We are forever grateful for her perseverence and the opportunities that she gave us. Mom and I were able to re-establish a connection again after it had faded four years ago, and it was a very rewarding and comforting thing for me. Thanks mom for guiding me to who I am today. Thanks for teaching me about the joys of music, learning and education, and the highest of moral standards. Love Arlyn
