WYSE, Kenneth “Ken”… Peacefully at Western County Wing at Parkwood Hospital on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, Ken Wyse passed away in his 96th year. Beloved husband of the late Beatrice (Dutton) Wyse (1987). Dear father of Jacqueline “Jackie” Montague, her husband Jean also, David Wyse, his wife Wendy. Cherished grandpa of Tammy, Kenneth, Shannon, Michael, Danielle, Ashleigh, Kristal, Amanda and their families. Also missed by many great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son Richard “Dick” Wyse (1997), and brother Norman Wyse (2001). Ken served in RCAF as an aero engine mechanic and worked for the Brewers Warehouse for 35 years. The Wyse family wishes to thank the staff of Western County Wing for their excellent care and compassion while Ken was a resident. Friends will be received by the family on Thursday, January 12, 2017 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where the funeral service will take place on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 1:30 pm. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. My condolences to the Wyse family at this difficult time. I met Beatrice and Ken in 1986 when Beatrice was a patient in hospital. I’ve always remembered them because they were such a sweet, lovely couple. My thoughts are with you.
It was a special day when I first met Ken he told me stories about his Vet days (planes) all were so interesting as was Ken. We did not know him well but, he truly had my heart. My memories will never go away.
