Uncle John. You will be dearly missed. Forever in our hearts! We will remember you fondly for your ever caring words of wisdom and terrific sense of humour and spirit. Love you always.
John and I grew up together, he lived on Walnut St , I lived on Forward Ave. He was a good friend, always smiling and he loved telling jokes . When the guys got together to listen to music John always tuned to The Rolling Stones and he loved Johnny Rivers. We worked together at Loblaws at 900 Oxford along with Norm Middaugh ,Ron Dykes. We had a good friendship even though we moved away from London and continued our lives with family. We tried to maintain contact over the years , visiting at Sauble and Grand Bend or John would just go for a drive and drop in just to say on his way to visit Jo Johnny, you will be missed

Dear Scott,
So sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. I remember him from your house on Skylark. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family, at this time.
I have so many great memories of you John when we were growing up. Christmas Eve at Grandma Hudsons, playing at each other’s house and spending family vacations at the beach. I regret that we drifted apart but life is like that isn’t it? We just get busy. Safe journey coz. You will be missed.

May you and your family be strengthened through this sad time. Thinking of you today as you say your last goodbye to your dad, uncle, brother, and grandpa.
Love Harry and Alie. ??
John was my next door neighbor growing up. I fondly remember all the hours spent playing all the sports with John, along with the Dykes brothers Barry & Ron, and Norm Middaugh. We were all childhood friends and attended Riverview Public School. We were proud of John when he joined the OPP, driving off in his brand new Plymouth Satellite.
My condolences to his wife Margaret, sister Jo, and his family. Rest in Peace John.
