Karen was fondly loved from a distance by me, her first cousin and only child of her predeceased Uncle Rob Harland and surviving wife Susie Harland. Even though we were not close after my father passed away I have never stopped loving my family. Karen and Craig were my only first cousins on my Father’s side, the children of my Aunt Marilyn and Uncle Rick. We shared a mutual adoration for both our Gram and Pa. Even though I’ve been separated from my family there is not a day that goes by that I don’t think of them with love and happiness from our time together as children.

Dear Marilyn and Rick, Craig and Ben and Reta,
I am so very, and completely, saddened to hear of the passing of your beautiful and precious Karen and, with this knowledge, my heart and mind became instantly full of loving thoughts and prayers for each of you in this time of utter and unmeasurable grief. My heart will always hold wonderful memories of your charming and delightful Karen. I still remember the very first time I ever met her. She was just this darling little girl and so hugely sweet with the brightest eyes and cutest grin. I remember her this way, so clearly. I always will xo.
May peace know no bounds in reaching you and staying with you through this most mournful time, and beyond.
My Deepest and Heartfelt Condolences, to you Marilyn and Rick and to you, Craig and Ben and to you Reta.

Mr. and Mrs. Clifford and Craig, I am so sorry for your loss. I will forever cherish the so many wonderful times Karen and I shared together. She will always have a place in my heart. My sincere condolences. Sheila.
Marilyn: I don’t know if you remember me from high school but we chummed around for a few years. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time and in the days ahead. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.
So sorry to learn of the death of your daughter. With deepest sympathy, Eleanor Deacon
I am shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Karen’s passing. Karen was one of my best friends in public school, and we shared many adventures and lots of laughs. Sadly, we grew apart after high school, but I have thought of her often over the years. I will fondly remember her always. I am so very sorry for your loss.
Marilyn, Rick, Craig, Ben and Reta.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
