ALLOTT, Christopher Brian “Brian”….
Suddenly with his wife by his side, Brian Allott at the age of 72 passed peacefully on Sunday, July 3, 2016. Beloved husband of Sylvia (Elliott) Allott for 53 years. Much loved father of Mark, Paul (Milica), Sean (Patricia) and Jason (Theresa). Proud grandfather of Christopher, Matthew, Brandon, Sarah, Katrina and Katelyn. Also survived by his sisters-in-law Wendy Allott of England, Hazel (Graham) Sharpe and brother-in-law Graham (Julia) Elliott. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Joan Allott and his brother Donald. Brian will be remembered and greatly missed by his family and friends, for his love and dedication to family, sense of humor and passion to live each day to the fullest. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. In keeping with the wishes of the family a Celebration of Brian’s Life will be held at a later date. The family encourages friends to consider a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 180-633 Colborne Street, London, ON., N6B 2V3. My Condolences to Sylvia, and all the family at the sudden loss of a wonderful Husband, father, grandfather and friend. Working with Brian at the Ministry of the Attorney General in the ’90’s was an enjoyable as well as a learning experience. He will be greatly missed.
I am deeply saddened to hear of Brian’s passing. Brian hired me to work at the London Courthouse in August of 1985. I learned so much from Brian and enjoyed his wit and humour. He will never be forgotten. My condolences to Sylvia and the entire family.
