So sad to hear this news! For the last couple of years my parents have missed seeing Bob on the porch, enjoying the “excitement on Cathcart St.” after almost 50 years of being neighbours!
I’d say my favourite memory of your dad (and husband) was being taken on a boat ride at Port Frank’s, and seeing the cabins he helped maintain there (I remember thinking you were so lucky to be able to spend the night there!)
Take care, our thoughts are with you.
My deepest sympathy to the family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Although I hadn’t seen Bob in awhile I’ll always remember his crazy sense of humour. ..he will be missed.
Cherish the memories and hold them close to your heart
Hugs
Nanci
