COLLINS, Jack….
Unexpectedly at his residence on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, Jack Collins in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Helen (Linton) Collins (2011). Loving father of Cathy Furewycz (Andy), Dave Collins (Jana) and Nancy Leyland (Pete). Proud grandpa of Chris and Katie Furewycz, David, Jessica and Charlotte Collins, Meg Chute (Scott) and Pat Leyland and papa of Jaxon and Bennett Chute. Cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 2-4 pm, at the A. Millard George Funeral Home – Reception Centre (located on the south east corner of the parking lot), 60 Ridout Street South, London. A private family inurnment in Woodland Cemetery, London. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of London & Middlesex, 435 Windermere Road, London ON N5X 2T1 or Mount Zion United Church – Memorial Fund, 471 Ridgewood Crescent, London ON N6J 2H6. Wonderful childhood memories spent with Aunt Helen and Uncle Jack. As an adult they both made the trip several times to visit me in Kingston. Rudy and I will miss having a meals with you and Maggie. Love and kisses – Debbie

I am so sorry for your loss. I met jack & helen a few times when I visited with my sister myrtle & Keith. He was very dedicated to helen, before & after she had to be placed. Condolences , Wendy macmaster
Nancy, Dave, Cathy and families, I was very sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. All of us at Chelsey Park that got to know him loved him. He was so devoted to your mom and a special man. We so looked forward to his arrival that brightened our days. I believe they are together again and smiling down on on all of you.
