It is with profound sadness; the family announces the peaceful passing of Patricia (Widdicombe) Barré in her grand old age of 96, at University Hospital, London, on November 26, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Fernand R. Barré (July 1996). Dear mother of Richard (Lynn) Barré, the late Steven (Craille) Barré, Carole Anne (Franco) Lazzarin, Phil (Lianne) Barré. Also loved by her grandchildren Chris (Lorie), Karie, Justine (Will), Jessica, Danielle, Andrew (Lindsay), Laura (Emmet), Rachel and by her great-grandchildren Avery, Oliver, Daphne, Jackson, Samia, Kahlo and Sadie. Patricia will be remembered by family and friends. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm on Friday, December 11, 2015 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. Her memorial service will be conducted in the chapel on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 1pm. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the London Regional Cancer Program, 800 Commissioners Road East, London, ON N6A 5W9, St. Aidan’s Anglican Church, 1246 Oxford Street West, London ON N6H 1V7 or the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 180-633 Colborne Street, London ON N6B 2V3.
