I am thinking of you Janet and family, Although its difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow…
I had the pleasure of meeting Tony at the age of 12. He was dating my cousin and even though they split up Tony never forgot me, or my family. He will always have a special place in each one of our hearts. My mom’s birthday was the day after his and for the past 40 years, he never forgot and always called her. I would often run into him in passing, he always asked about my cousin and all my family. When my father died, although he was 10 years older than my younger brother, he was there for him. He truly was one of the most amazing, giving and non-judgemental men I have known. He will be missed by myself, my mom and my younger brother.
So sorry for your loss Janet.
Stay strong, He is with God now.
Cherish the memories.
