Marion, our heart goes out to you and the family at this time of sadness. Please accept our condolences. Wish we could be there at this time but we’ll see you soon.
Tom & Theresa
We were so sad to hear of Bob’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Marion, and the family.
Dear Marion and Family,
I wish to pass on our condolences to you and your family; I know Bob will be dearly missed by each one of you. I was so shocked to receive an email informing me that Bob was in the hospital. And even more shocked when I discovered that he was in such poor shape that there was no time for visitors just family; I would have loved to have been able to say good bye to my friend.
Bob and Marion opened their home to several of us guys to socialize and play a little poker. We used to kid him how it was a scam just to relieve us of our money ($5.00 LOL!). Even though Bob had medical issues and most of the time wasn’t feeling all that well, he still had a great big smile for me and an even bigger handshake. I will miss you and your kind and generous spirit.
We are so sorry for your loss, and will miss a great man. Singing Danny Boy this St Patrick’s, and every St Patrick’s, will bring memories and tears.
OUR SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO MARION – DEBBIE -GREG AND MARCIE.
BOB WAS ALWAYS A GREAT FRIEND TO US AND HIS SENSE OF HUMOUR WILLB E MISSED.
Marion and Family,
So sad to hear of Bob’s passing.
I taught with Bob at Ross way back in 1969.Bob Large was on staff(guidance)with him several years later. The gym was just around the courtyard from the meat shop so I encountered his smiling face often. Many of our old teaching friends including “Mr.Rodgers”are now gone as is the school that we called home!
Marion,we are thinking of you in your time of grief.God bless.
