Peacefully at Glendale Crossing, London Ontario
Wednesday September 3, 2014, Reta May Parsons in
her 91st year. Loving mother of Glenn Parsons and his wife Elizabeth (Beth) of London and Brenda Parsons and her husband Steve Goodliffe of Portland, Oregon.Proud nana of Jennifer and Steven of London. Dear sister of Kay Goldsworthy, Cecil Smith and his wife Susan, Gerald Smith and sister-in-law of Cyril Stokes of Newfoundland, Rex Smith and his wife May and Oliver Smith of Ontario. Predeceased by her beloved husband Reverend Abel Parsons, her sisters Miriam
Peddle, Rosalind Stokes and her brother Clyde Smith of Newfoundland. The family would like to thank Dr.Whynot, Nurses and Support staff at the Village of Glendale Crossing for their loving care and compassion. A funeral service will be held at the A.Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South London on Tuesday September 9, 2014 at 11 a.m. Friends will be received by the family at 10 a.m. prior to the service. As an expression of sympathy,donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, c/o Mocha Shrine Centre,468 Colborne Street,London, ON N6B 2T3 or to the Charity of Choice.
