Peacefully at home at his Ernest Avenue residence on July 7th 2014, Pat McCafferty in his 81st year. Cherished Husband of Frances McCafferty. Loving Father of his six children, Catherine (John), Margaret (Robert), Frank (Randine), Helen (Gary), John (Geraldine), Joseph (Michelle). Extremely proud Grandfather and Papa of fourteen Grandchildren and five (nearly six) Great Grandchildren. He will be missed by his many extended family members and friends. A devoted Leaf and Celtic fan, a lover of reading and walking and spending time with his family while making the best pancakes in the world. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday July 9, 2014 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home 60 Ridout Street South, London. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Justin’s Parish, 855 Jalna Boulevard, London, Ontario N6E 2S2, on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 10 a.m. with Father Mark Paulin celebrant. Interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, London Particular Council, 585 York Street London, ON N6B 1R6.
