BIDDLE, Velma (nee Parker)
In London on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, Velma Biddle in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Richard Biddle. Loving mother of Robert and Norman and mother-in-law of Linda and Willeta. Sister-in-law of Phyllis Froude. Cherished grandmother of Kathryn Lacey and Troy Biddle and great-grandmother of Steven and Jenna (predeceased). Velma was the last survivor of the family of Frederick and Mary (Gower) Parker whose other children were Herman, Clara, Olive, Winnifred, Mildred, Charlie, and Gordon. A life of adventure from starting school at SS # 1&1 of London and North Dorchester, to the years in Saskatoon, to retirement from the offices of Victoria Hospital and two years of loving care at Kensington Village. Visitation 7-9pm Monday, March 17 and one hour prior to the service at 11am on Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London.
