Peacefully, surrounded by loved ones at University Hospital, London, on Thursday, October 3, 2013, Janet Humphries (nee Pringle) in her 61st year. Beloved wife of Terrance Humphries (“TH”). Loving mother of Terra Humphries-Abey (Kevin) and Jessica Humphries (Mike Mejia). Cherished “Noonie” of Caleb. Also survived by her brothers-in-law, Fred Humphries (Jackie) and Jim Topham, her sisters-in-law, Carol Lewis (Ernie) and Kathy Dako (Charlie). Pre-deceased by her parents Howard and Jeanne Pringle and sister-in-law, Gail Topham. Janet will be greatly missed by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 12-4pm at Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre in the “Town and Country Ballroom”, 6675 Burtwistle Lane, London, ON N6L 1H5. Janet’s family asks that memorial donations be made to an Animal Charity of your choice. A. Millard George Funeral Home, entrusted with arrangements 519-433-5184. My heart aches for you as you feel the tragic loss of a wonderful person, wife mother and friend. Janet and I go way back, being her friend and neighbour on Winston Rd. We shared many great (and not so great!) times and she will always hold a small piece of my heart. RIP my friend…you’ll be missed.

I wish to pass along my sympathy to you all. I worked with Jan for many years at St. Joseph’s Hospital in London. Jan was a compassionate and caring nurse who was a great member of the health care team. We had many great times together and I am sure she will be greatly missed by all
