With sadness we announce the peaceful passing at Victoria Hospital, London on Saturday, September 7, 2013, Shirley Hanlon in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Ken Leal. Dear sister of William “Bill” Arnold Robinson Meekins of Naicam, SK. Survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her aunt Mona Meekins of Naicam, SK. Shirley was a loving devoted wife, a loving second “mom”, she will always be remembered as a great friend, who always made you feel welcomed with her great sense of humor. A heartfelt thank you for the excellent care and support to emergency staff, all the nurses, support staff and Dr’s on the fifth floor of Victoria Hospital. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London has taken place.
