MCKENZIE, William….
Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London on Thursday, April 25, 2013, William G. “Bill” McKenzie in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Marguerite (Higham) McKenzie (2011). Loving father of Ravinn-O-West (George) of Calgary, Alberta and Pamela Dedic (Vit) of Oakville. Cherished grandfather of Lisa Chapman, Tebbie Chuchla, Nadia Dedic, Monica Hassel and Kier Menzies and great- grandfather of Belle, Jack, Ella, Taylor and Toni. Dearly missed by his nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his daughter Joey Menzies (2008). Bill worked in London, Ontario for many years as an insurance executive. He enjoyed history and was influential in organizing the 1967 Centennial Franklin Expedition. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior (12-1pm), to the funeral service being conducted in the chapel of the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 1pm. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London.
