It has been my pleasure and honour to visit Rose and to share in her journey over the past seven years as minister at Lambeth United. Her smile was contagious and her spirit though often taxed, never daunted. May God welcome her warmly to rest and may her family and friends find peace in their faith. All of us at Lambeth United wish you comfort.
Rose always had a smile and something funny to share! Her loving spirit and friendship was special to many. Rose was a Gem! Thanks for the times we shared, even swimming!
Rose was a classy lady with a wonderful personality and great sense of humor. We were neighbours for a time and also knew her from University Hospital where we were employed. She will never be forgotten. My sympathy to her family and friends.
When I was a young girl and I stopped to call on my friend Carol (Rose’s daughter) Rose always made me come in and wait and usually fed me a piece of toast while I waited. She was always looking so ‘put together’ and pretty….even first thing in the morning. A privilege to have had her touch my life.
P.S. Carol…plse email me !
