Peacefully surrounded by his family at Parkwood Hospital, London, on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, Bill Brown in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (McCall) Brown. Loving father of Esther Arango-Palencia and her husband David of Florida, Andrew Brown and his wife Julie, Christine DeKay and her husband Michael all of London and Peter Brown of Saskatchewan. Cherished grandfather of Celia and Lisa Arango, Nathan and Michelle Langdon, Emma and Matthew Brown and Julia and Sarah DeKay. Predeceased by his brother Harry Brown and his sister Pearl (Jay) Townsend and his brother-in-law George Townsend. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Parkwood Hospital – Veteran’s Care Program, 2 Perth for 2 years of compassion and care, they showed for Bill. Friends will be received by the family from 7-9 pm, on Sunday, March 24, 2013 , at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Monday, March 25, 2013 at 11am. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London.
