Dear Minnie, Kim & Ben, Jodi & Mike, Tyler & Krista, and boys. So sorry to hear of Jerry’s passing. He will be missed. He deeply loved his family and especially his grandsons. The memories of the adventures at the camping trailer near the river will always live on. Keeping you in our thoughts & prayers. May you trust Him to be your help and hope in the coming days. Our love, John & Carolyn, Nick, Ben, Josh & Chantelle
Sending hugs to all of you. I hope as time passes that all the memories you have start to bring you smiles instead of tears. I have several memories of Jerry that make me smile (“Minnie, why do you give them all the same hair, I can’t tell which ones to throw out of our house”) so I know you must have a million of them. It isn’t goodbye, just see you later, but I know that doesn’t make it hurt any less.
Love from Carolyn (and Craig and Faith too)

Dear Minnie, Kim, Jodi and Tyler;
Joyce and I were so saddened by the unexpected passing of your lifelong partner, friend, Father, and Grandfather.
As Christians, is this not our ultimate goal, to be absent from the body and present with our Lord?
We all are assured that Jerry has gone to his long home in glory. Certainly hurt and pain will be felt by all but this too will pass as we are comforted by the fact that he did not suffer like many do and is now with our Saviour. Ecclesiastes: 12: 6 & 7
Jerry was my/our friend for more than fifty years and will be sorely missed, yet we are comforted that through his love of God he is in a better place, the same place that we all strive for.
2 Corinthians 5: 6 – 8
He will always be remembered and missed by those of us who are left behind yet we too, will one day be reunited with him when our turn comes.
Our love to you and yours for all time, we are here for you if you need us.
Love
Ross and Joyce Carter
