MULLEN, Gwendolyn Gladys…….
Peacefully at Sprucedale Care Centre, Strathroy on Sunday, November 4, 2012 Gwendolyn “Gwen” Gladys (Hastings) Mullen in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Garfield “Garry” Walter Mullen (2006). Predeceased by parents Frederick and Elsie Hastings and brother David Hastings. Dear mother of Peggy Gray (David) of Grand Bend, Ken Brooks (Linda), David Brooks (Lori) all of London and Ron Brooks (Sue) of Wahnapitae. Stepmother of Gary Mullen (predeceased), Paulette Mullen and Michael Mullen. Sadly missed by grandchildren Kimberly, Margaret, Kenneth, Steven, Laurie, Gregory, Ryan, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Andre, Angeline and 8 great grandchildren. Forever a special childhood best friend/big sister and cohort of Peggy McQuirk. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family on Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 10:00 -11:00 am (1 hour prior) at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where a memorial service will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00 am with Reverend Susan Cameron officiating. Inurnment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart And Stroke Foundation, 150-633 Colborne Street, London, ON N6B 2V3 would be appreciated.
