So sorry to hear of Ron”s passing. I will miss him at the park.
The Haldane Family, I met Ron back in 1969 at 14 King Street, and the pleasure of knowing this good man provided me with sound, common sense life-skills which I still utilize today. Needless to say, as long as I have a memory, I will always be indebted to Ron for helping me out when I was learning the difficult task of being a police officer.
Scott, condolences from my wife Lynda (Ward) who taught you kindegarden at Sir Issac Brock and you were certainly one of her better students. Your father and mother were very proud of you,and we will be thinking of you and your family re the celebration of your dad’s life. Rick & Lynda Niles, Arva
So sorry to hear of Ron’s passing. We had a lot of good times on our little trips and the “Trailer” Joe still says to me, “Are you going to the Trailer” when he wants a drink! Don’t know how many times we heard Ron say that! Thoughts with you all!
Jackie, so sorry to hear of Ron’s passing. My thoughts are with you at this time of loss.
Jackie, Mom has asked me to send her condolences to you and Scott. She always enjoyed working for Ron at the Market and still shares memories with us. She is not to well herself and is at the Dearness Home on Wellington Rd. Our thoughts are with you and your family at this difficult time.
Jackie, my heart and thoughts are with you, as you go through your time of grief.
I had the pleasure of meeting Ron at Wildwood CA – he would always have a wave or time for a chat during my routine checks. Rest in Peace Ron.
