Aunt Gloria lives on in each of those whom she loved and with those who gather to mourn her passing and who celebrate her life.
This beautiful woman, who I looked up to as a young girl, lives on through the things she has taught us and in the way she affected each person who had the blessing of knowing her incredible, loving spirit.
My heart extends to her children; grandchildren and all who share in this time of letting her go.
a quote by Elizabeth Watson:
“I do not know whether human personality survives physical death. I am content to wait and see what comes after death, open to any possibility. If it should turn out to be eternal sleep, that too is a gift after a full life.”
Good night Aunt Gloria – I hope to meet again.
Nanci Farella (Slack)
I am truly sorry about hearing about Aunt Gloria’s passing. Myself and my Daughters and Grandchild send our condolences.
Sincerely
Stephen Slack and Family
Our thoughts and hearts are with Aunt Glorias family in this time of sorrow. We wish we could be there but are unable to attend the services. Our sincerest condolences on your loss. We will always have found memories of our visits.
The Donkervoort family would like to express our condolences on the passing of your Mother.
Sorry to hear about your mother. I knew that she was doing home dialysis and appeared to be doing quite well the last time I was up to visit her. As you probably know my mother is in the same building as Gloria. It does not seem possible that I have known your mother and dad for nearly 50 years now. I still miss fishing with your father. In some ways he seemed like a second father to me as both my dad and Bob were born on the same day and the same year and had the same type of personality. Sorry I couldn’t make it to the funeral this morning but I had another commitment that I could not get out of, but I was thinking of you all.
Hope you are all well as I have not had contact with any of you in a very long time.
Pat and Ron maybe I’ll see you at the Westminster reunion.
Wayne and Marie Davey
