CUSACK, Jack…..Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London, on Monday, April 2, 2012, Jack Cusack in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Edythe. Cherished father of Susan (Bob), and John. Loving step-father of Norm (Linda) and Marie. Loving brother of Allan. Also missed by Gina Leigh and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the caring staff of Victoria Hospital, Dialysis Unit for their support. Friends will be received by the family on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 pm.
