HAZELWOOD, Ralph……
Peacefully with his sons at his side at University Hospital, London, on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, Ralph Hazelwood of London in his 82nd year, went to be with his Lord. Beloved husband of Shirley (O’Hara) Hazelwood for 57years. Cherished father of Karen Guest and her husband Al of London, Kirk Hazelwood and his wife Susan of Dorchester, and Dana Hazelwood and his wife Jules of London. Dear grandpa of Tamara (David), Chris, Jason (Kim), Terri (Brad), Ty, Tom, Jordan and great-grandpa of Jack, Kayla, Ryan, Josh, and Madison and great-great-grandpa of Carson. Dear brother-in-law of Joyce Hazelwood. Also missed by many nieces, nephews and dear friend Alma Cox. Predeceased by his son Kevin Hazelwood, his brother Ross Hazelwood Sr., and his sister Reverend Barbara Hazelwood. The family would like to thank the staff at University Hospital, and Dr. Mary Jenkins for their compassionate care. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 7-9pm on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where the celebration of Ralph’s life will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 11am with Pastor Ron Baker and Pastor Ken Kennedy officiating. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London.
