MILLER, Betty Lou
With dignity and grace, Mom passed away peacefully at home in the early morning hours of Saturday, May 21, 2011 with her devoted and loving husband Edward (Ted) at her side. Betty Lou Miller in her 81st year. We lost a cherished and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and sister -in-law. Mom and Dad recently celebrated 60 years of love and true devotion. They cherished each other. Adored mother of Jennifer Gillies, Libby and Adrian Vander Vloet, Jamie Miller and Rita Nielson. Loving grandmother of Michael and Sarah, Sarah and Scott, Manda, Jamie and Michelle, Jessica and Matthew. Proud great-grandmother of Adam, Branden, Haley and Samantha. Loved sister of Margaret and Bob Dollar, Allick and Leny Miller, and Edna Miller. Also missed by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her beloved parents Madeline and Oliver Mowat. Friends will be received by the family on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 from 7-9 pm and Wednesday, May 25, 2011 from 12-1 pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at 1:00pm with Reverend Dr. Kate Crawford officiating. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the United Way of London & Middlesex, 409 King Street, London, ON N6B 1S5.
