No words to say what a beautiful person Anita was. She was a loving person. Caring, compassionate, kind lady. Always had a smile on her face.As we were their house cleaners she always told us on the way out what a great job we did.She loved her gardens attending them when she could.Anita we are sorry we couldn’t attend your service as were working but you know you ARE and ALWAYS will be in our hearts and our thoughts.God has got the PERFECT ANGEL and that’s YOU.

Please accept my deepest sympathy. I will miss seeing Anita every Tuesday as I have over the past years.
Sincerely
To my Godfather Aleksis and all of his family –
I am very deeply saddened by the loss of my Godmother Anita, one of the kindest people I have ever known. Please know that my thoughts are with you all as you mourn the loss of such a beautiful human being. She gave so much joy to loved ones, human and feline alike. One of my earliest memories is of spending time at her lovely home, playing with first, Minkans, and later on, Mincitis, her beloved cats. As a result, I became a lifelong cat-lover. My Godmother always had hugs and kind words for me, accompanied by the most delicious homemade Latvian treats. I can still taste her unparalleled piparkukas (gingerbread cookies)! She took great pride in her loved ones and their accomplishments, especially her husband’s, daughters’ and later grandchildren’s graduations and illustrious careers. How lucky all of us were to have her great support! She learned to play the piano as a retiree, an accomplishment I have always admired. My Godmother also encouraged musical talents in her loved ones, myself included. I truly believe she was with me as I recorded my latest project. I am deeply sorry that I was unable to attend her service because of this, but I can feel her encouragement, love and understanding. Please accept my deepest sympathies and know that I celebrate my Godmother’s life along with you.
