WILLIAMS, Robert “Bob” -At his residence on Tuesday, October 5th, 2010 in his 66th. year. Beloved husband of Sharon (Whittington) Williams of 43 years. (owner of Bob’s Small Engine Repair). Loving father of Les Williams (Chantal), Tod Williams (Wendy) and Wayne Williams (Jenn). Proud grandfather of Trevor, Michael, Chris, Paige, Lucas, Chris and Alexia. Predeceased by his parents Marjory and Robert Williams and by his grand-daughter Lindsay (1996). Dear brother of Ron, Richard (Patricia) and Ross. Dear son-in-law of Ethel Whittington and the late Les Whittington and brother-in-law of Dianne Walker-Barfett. Also missed by his nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. Funeral service will be conducted at the Church of the Epiphany, 11 Briscoe Street West, London on Saturday, October 9th at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Teresa Corrigan officiating. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London. As an expression of symptahy memorial donations may be made to the Church of the Epiphany, Elevator Fund, 11 Briscoe Street West, London. ON N6J 1L9. I’m so sorry to hear about Bob’s passing. He was a real gentleman. My parents, Howie and Barb Gilbert, had a very high regard for his mechanical ability and his work ethic. He could fix anything, and he worked hard until it was finished. He was honest in business and fair in his friendships. I’m sure God’s maintenance men will be happy to have Bob, and Heaven will run a little more smoothly now that he’s there.
