Dearest and brave Clary (Clasina). I will always treasure your being. I met you as a little girl when you arrived in Valley Cross Roads, Nova Scotia all the way from Holland as my eldest brother’s bride and wife. Your eldest son Gilbert who was taken from our earthly world at such a young age was a few years my elder–I loved playing ‘pick-up sticks with him’. Gregory was a little wee to play the game. I fondly remember all your kindest, your incredible artistic talent and your beautiful spark for living. I will never forget the photos of your marriage with my brother Clare in Amsterdam. The beautiful and exquisitely detailed bridal gown and your attendants wore, made by your hand with bandage gauge due to hardships of WW2.
I am honoured to know you and to love you. And so grateful I saw you for the last earthly time in September 2008. You will always be in our hearts. Thank you Clasina.
With love and admiration, Gwendolyn (Geddes)
Dear Uncle Clarence;
I am so sorry to learn of the passing of your dear wife, Aunt Clary. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. It is good to know that my Mother (sister Hilda) can be with you at this difficult time, as I know she would want to be there for you. Take care.

Dear Uncle Clarence;
I am sorry to learn of Aunt Clary’s passing your dear wife. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
” Don’t think of her as gone away– her journey’s just begun; life holds so many facets–this earth is only one. Just think of her as resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years. Think how she must be wishing that we could know, today, how nothing but our sadness can rally pass away. And think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched…for nothing loved is ever lost–and she was loved so much.” Ellen Brenneman

We wish to express our sympathy to Mr. G and his family. I often look at my mom’s old photos of the three of you. I will always remember Mrs. G as a great friend to my Mom, Doreen and a kind babysitter in my younger years.
