At Riverview Gardens Nursing Home, Chatham on Friday, August 14, 2009 Lute Vastenholt of London in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Hendrika “Ricky” (Homan) Vastenholt (2007). Dear father of Wilma Rivard and partner Robert Haig of Windsor and Annita Archibald and her husband Martin of London. Dear brother of Derk Vastenholt and his wife Agnes of Holland and Margje Den Ouden of London. Also loved by his grandchildren Shawn, Jason and Ashly and great grandchildren Hailey, Aidan, Alexis, Riley, Alyssa and Evan. Predeceased by three sisters. Friends will be received by the family on Monday, August 17, 2009 from 7:00 -9:00 pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South London. The funeral service will be conducted from Elmwood Avenue Presbyterian Church, 111 Elmwood Avenue, London on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 11:00 am with Reverend Kevin Steeper officiating.     Jantina and Family: I’m so sorry to hear of your Dad passing. Regardless of age, it is always painful to lose a family member. Rely on all your good memories of your parents to get through this very sad time.
