Evie and family
From the many stories I have heard from my dear friend Evie, Connie was truly the “beautiful women” she was made out to be.
The love story of her marriage to Frank, is something we should all strive to achieve. From the ups and downs to the “in sickness and in health” they truly understood their vows to God and one another.
blessing it would be.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family Evie during this difficult time. Know that she is in a better place and allow this to be of comfort.
Love
amanda

Uncle Frank & All:
I was shocked & saddened to learn the news of Aunt Connie’s passing. We have relocated & have been out of touch & slow to write. With her passing it feels like the foundation has gone out from under us. All these years, Connie has been there, like a light, always happy for a call & leaving me feeling good for having made the call. Knowing she was there made things OK. I am so very sorry she has gone from this earth. She will continue forever in our hearts. I am glad you are all close to care for each other especially at this time. Love Heather & Art
Dear Joe and Beverly, Carolyn and David, Evelyn and Wayne, Marilyn and Wayne, all the grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews:
My sincere condolences to your family with the passing of your Mother and Grandmother. I was deeply saddened to hear of Aunt Connie’s passing. I remember fondly visiting my grandparents (Herb and Margaret Thornhill) and meeting everyone. [I’m from the Charlie Clan (Chuck Thornhill).] As a child I found it quite confusing trying to get the Aunt Connie’s right. All I remember are smiles, card games, teasing and laughter. I can envision all who have passed playing cards and laughing.
On behalf of my mother Yolande Thornhill and Charlie’s Clan I would like to say:
May your happy memories comfort you,
May your sad memories turn to laughter,
May they give you wisdom and guidance,
May your sorrow turn to affection,
May your pass give you serenity,
May Connie’s spirit live on in your hearts.
With affection and deepest condolences,
Lane Thornhill
Dear Uncle Frank,
I know how difficult this must be for you. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Lane Thornhill
