ROMPHF, Robert Osborne…..Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London on Sunday, May 10, 2009 , Robert Osborne “Ossie” Romphf of London in his 86th year. Beloved Husband of Elaine (McMurray) Romphf. Dear Father of Mary Anne Murray and her husband Douglas of London, Wendy Ballantyne and her husband James of Stratford and Linda. Dear Brother of Ann King and her husband Robert of Ilderton and Charles Romphf of Stratford. Loved by his Grandchildren Melissa Seeman and her husband Robert of California and Heather Murray of London. Predeceased by his Sister Thelma Grigg, his Brother-in-Law Walter Grigg and his Sister-in-Law Helen Romphf. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm Wednesday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South where a Private Family Service will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday, May 14, 2009 with interment following in Woodland Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations, may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 123 St. George Street, London, ON N6A3A1 or to Charity of Choice.
