At Kensington Village, London on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, Leslie “Jim” Hunt of London in his 95th year. Beloved husband of Dorothy J. (Shaw) Hunt. Dear father of Barbara Knott and her husband Norman of Nilestown. Dear brother of Gladys Calquhoun of Leamington. Predeceased by his sisters Kathleen Oakes, Hilda LaForge, Doris Mickle, Alice Gardner and Jenny Costantini and his brothers Joseph, George and Roy Hunt. Dear brother-in-law of Dorothy Hunt of Windsor and Donna Hunt of St. Thomas. Also loved by his grandchildren, Jeffrey Cougler of Toronto, Jennifer James and her husband David of London and Julianne Hawkins and her husband Jerod of Kitchener and his great granddaughters Abbey James and Megan Hawkins. Cremation has taken place. A Private Family Memorial Service will be conducted in the chapel of the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London on Monday, April 20th. Jim was a former employee of Canada Bread and Union Gas. please accept our sincerest condolences. Your dad was a wonderful man and I am sure you will all miss him greatly. It’s wondeful to think he reached 95 but I am sure his health has been an issue for some time.
