Peacefully surrounded by her family at University Hospital, London on Sunday, March 22, 2009, Claire (Racette, Caruso) Miller in her 66th year. Loving mother of Joe Caruso and his wife Liz of London, John Caruso of St. Catharines and Rosalia Lawrence and her fiancé James Deveau of London. Cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren. Dear sister of Jeanette Finistauri (Tony), Pauline Brooks (Jim), Sue Finistauri (Frank) and George Racette (Rosa). Predeceased by her brother Gilles Racette. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 7-9pm Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at 11:00 am. Interment on Friday, March 27, 2009 at 11:00 am in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Fort Erie. Aunt Claire, may you rest in peace! I have many fond memories of good times with you. For a few summers I was like another daughter to you, never treating me any different than your own children.
