To Gail and family,
When Centennial and Wesley-Knox churches joined together I was the church visitor who used to come and see Muriel and drop off church newsletters and plants for her. My mother-in-law Vera Bedford lives in Room 110 at Longworth so I used to see Muriel other times when I was in to visit Vera. Though Muriel’s health gradually deteriorated and visitng with her became more difficult, she would always give me a smile and a wave when she could. The last time I was at Longworth to drop off the newsletter, Muriel’s door was closed and I did not get to see her which makes me sad now that she is gone. My work schedule does not allow me to be at Muriel’s service but I will be thinking of you during the difficult days ahead, My mother-in-law used to enjoy visiting with Muriel too. She was a very nice lady to visit.
Take care,
Heather Bedford
