Dear Hiron Family,
I have many, many fond memories of Pete and am saddened to learn of his passing. I live overseas now and it has been years since Pete and I roomed together at boarding school, but I never forgot what a good friend Pete was when we were there. He always made me and others bust out laughing with his great sense of humour. We had a ton of laughs at boarding school – whether it was trying to defeat each other on the squash court, trying to keep from flipping over while kayaking, having coffees at the shop down the road, or just joking around the residence…I’ll keep my good memories of Pete close forever.
My sincerest condolences to you.
Our thoughts and prayers go with Pete’s family as you grieve such a loss. May Our Lord console each one of you now and in the time ahead. His life is precious !
Dear Nancy,
Words cannot express what we feel at a time like this. My heart goes out to you and Peter.
My memory of Pete is when he bargained to model for us only if I gave him my T-shirt. I am so glad that I did.
Be strong. You are in my prayers. Think of you often.
Love… Joan

I remember fondly the hours spent at Ranger Lake playing cards and games.Fishing and campfires. Pete seemed to always have a “wakeie, wakeie eggs and bakie” breakfast on the go every morning. Many times we would at the spur of the moment take off to camp.
I will treasure those memories

I am so sorry to hear about Pete. I have many fond memories of him when we were both at Algoma Music Camp. Peter and I and Richard Sloan were in the same cabin one year and would stay up late laughing and giggling. Mr. Gartshore had to come out on more than one occasion to settle us down. He was one of a kind. And will be missed.

We recall with great fondness the hours he and Derek spent together when they were younger and many of them in our home. They certainly knew how to have a good time!
May it help to know that others are with you at this time with thoughts and prayers.
On behalf of Eluned and me, please accept our sincerest condolences on Pete’s death. Pete was highly regarded by me as a valeud member of Bickle House, TCS. He was totally reliable and when asked to perform certain House duties he was unparalleled in carrying them out so effectively. He and I had an interest in poetry and on June 13th, 1992 he gave me a ‘John Keats’ notebook in which he wrote : ‘Hope you can write some good Poetry in this?’ and signed it Pete Hiron. I still have that book and it is completely full of poetry. I’m sure that Pete would be proud of my work, as I was proud to be a friend and Housemaster to him. God bless you, Pete….. Les Robling and Eluned Robling.

My Dear friend Pete Hiron, who I knew as (((RUMOR))) at the Celestine Vision chat room… Many a day we laughed together and kept the CV room on their feet and at the edge of the chair. It was a pleasure to know you… I will see you one day in Heaven and when I get there I will listen for the laughter and it is there, I will find you… Till then my friend TRUTH has it you are in the best of care… Thank You for the foot prints (((YOU))) left on my heart…whiteAngus
OH my Dear Beautiful Petie!!
You left before me and I am already missing you. I will miss your wit and brutal honesty! I know you loved poetry and deep inside were a romantic…cleverly disguised with the tongue in cheek humor destined to shock those that didn’t know you and create Laughter for those who knew your heart. I will never forget you my Friend. You made some days bearable and in your own pain, brought forth truths, shocking and then that silly laughter..
You would say,
“What? lol”…Though tears fill my eyes this moment, I know you’ll be ok..I will miss you in chat greatly…Your name is ingrained in CV chat with mine and many others, but You my Brother..have taken a piece of my heart with you. Keep it well.
I Love You my Dear Petie and Always will.
May God Bless and Angels rest on the shoulders of your Parents and the many who crossed your path.
Dr.&Mrs.Hiron, Along with the many who knew Your Peter, from CV chat My and Our deepest deepest sympathy.

A Poem written by Peter Hiron
~~shy countenance~~
brought forth from
within me
something grateful
for those sinless smiles
shining in their
perculiear way
those gentle glances
raising bitterness to grief
from grief to healing
until finally
all those stiffled
resentments
explode and the stoney heart
transforms into springtime
becoming a meadow filled
with warm
cheerful remarks
on the breeze
and the light wind whispers
of a more lasting love
the kind so rare
that words die in
the misty breath
becoming instantly
those tears
which cleanse all sorrows
falling away from us
making room
~ for happier memories
to bloom~~

A man is loved not for how tall he stands, but for how often he bends, comfort and teach
Please accept my condolences to Petie’s family and friends.
I have known Petie for many years through the Celestine Vision web site chat room. Petie taught me much about myself and for that I will forever be thankful.
Petie, you are already missed by many who never met you face to face, and yet loved you just the same, if not more.
Thank you for the blessings.
I knew Pete as Rumor on celestine chat. I will miss him and his unique outlook and perceptions. Peace, Light and Love to All. Looking forward to seeing him within the Light of Love and Source when that time is to be again.
Sincerely,
Heidi aka YellowViolet
To the Hiron Family,
I knew Peter at Trinity as a classmate, but never as a teammate or housemate. I’m so sorry for your loss. Peter was always friendly and quick to say “hi” whenever our paths crossed throughout the school and I’m sorry to learn that Peter had to battle with such a horrible illness. Again, my condolences to his entire family and all his friends.
Graham Marsh
Dear Nancy and Dr. Hiron,
As a parent I can only imagine what pain you are experiencing in the loss of you son. I pray you will find solace in the memories of all the times you shared with him as he grew from that cute little baby you brought into the world until he chose to leave it. God bless you both.
A donation has been given by our family in memory of Pete to the College of Piping in Prince Edward island .
Carolyn, Brian, Helen Jayne, David and Bradley.
I had the pleasure of knowing Pete for only a short while-maybe a year. My thoughts on Pete are consistent with those expressed at the funeral.
I sat at the very back and was able to witness first hand the tears and the laughter of his family, co-workers and friends as they shared their stories and sang in honor of Pete.
He was cared about, loved and he will be dearly missed.
I loved his bright smile and quirky sense of humor which sometimes brightened my days.
Thank you Nancy for your couragous words of wisdon in helping others to understand the struggles of mental illness.
Sincerely,
Donna McManus
May the silver lining rise and greet your spirit though a love filled song,
May your love and light shine upon us all with your smile so strong,
May you now be filled with peace and stand with your sister with a love so true,
May you always be a part of my memories so I can treasure you!
Pete, the Celestine Vision website Chat room will not be the same without you there,
and you ARE greatly missed!
My sincerest condolences to you and yours!
Love Catherine
