At London Health Science Centre Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, Adrianus Van Dommelen in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Hendrika Anna (Groeneschey) Van Dommelen. Dear father of Mark Van Dommelen and Debra Anne Catton and her husband Murray. Dear grandfather of 4 grandchildren Nicole, Katie, Taylor and Erin. Dear brother-in-law of Sisca and Fieke both of Holland. Predeceased by 4 brothers Jan, Antoon, Jo and Henk. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Woodland Cemetery, 493 Springbank Drive, London on Saturday, December 27th at 10:00 a.m. Please meet at the cemetery office. Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of London, 555 Southdale Road East, Suite 100, London ON, N6E 1A2 or to Heart and Stroke Foundation 150-633 Colborne Street, London ON, N6V 2V3.
