Thelma Mahadeo of London peacefully passed away at Waverley Mansion on Friday July 4, 2008 in her 88th year. Wife of the late Ronald Mahadeo. Dear mother of Ron Mahadeo and his wife Beverley of Brampton, David Mahadeo and his wife Fran of London, Urmila Smith of Stratford, Mark Mahadeo and his wife Donna of Texas. Loving grandmother of Indrani, Ginny, Gregory, Meaghan, Zachary, Jason, Allana, Alexandra, and Marcus. Loving sister of Norma, Doreen, and Bunty. Predeceased by her brothers Harry, John, Louis, and Ken and her daughter Tara. Thelma will be sadly missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday July 8th at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday July 9, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Canon K. Sam Thomas officiating. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London. Memorial donations may be made to the Children’s Hospital of Western Ontario 800 Commissioners Road East, London, ON N6A 4G5 and World Vision 1 World Drive, Mississauga, ON L5T 2Y4. Hi Dave, I was very sorry to hear about your mother.I only met her a couple of times but to me she was the epitomy of elegance. She carried herself in such a lovely manner. My sympathies to you and all of your family.
