Irene,
Please know how deeply sorry we are to hear about the passing of Chester. We have so many fond memories of him particularly from Turnbull’s Grove – Grandma J. loved him and spoke so highly of him; they certainly had a lot of good laughs together! Ches would always say to me “say HELLO to Dave” – always concerned for others. He will never be forgotten. Take good care Irene and keep in touch.
Love Dave & Clara McVittie
I’ve never had the opportunity to meet this man but his granddaughter Amanda McConnell (Barry’s daughter) is my best friend. My heart goes out to Barry and the entire family and to friends of his as well. May Chester rest well and may the family get through this tough time.
The family of Chester Mc Connell want to thank everyone for their condolences. Your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.

He will be greatly missed here at Building # 170. All the tenants who met Chester became very found of him. He always had a smile for everyone. Everybody we talked to spoke very highly of him.
We know God will give you the strength to carry on. Just put your trust completely in Him.
