Ron always had a story for you (although sometimes long)! . I will miss those and his jokes! My sympathies to the Landry family, he will be missed!
Ronny was always a true friend to me. He was there if I needed advice and would even give it when I didn’t!
Ronny had lots of tales and a carefree laugh to go with them.
Even our disagreements were very memorable and I think that’s a sign of two friends just being honest with each other.
He gave of himself and even went out of his way with gifts for my kids.
I considered Ron a true friend and will miss him.
R.I.P. Ronny.

I will never forget all the great times Ron and I had on and off the golf course. His quick wit and great stories made him one of a kind. Ron was a decent, nice man in every sense of the word and I consider myself very fortunate that our paths crossed. I will miss you Ron. God Bless.
How blessed I was to have you as a friend. I will miss our occasional chats & frequent emails.
So long, Handsome…

We are so sorry to hear that your dad passed away last Friday. Ron was a great guy and we shared many good times here in Grand Bend and kept in touch on the computer after he moved to London. We will all miss Ron. So sorry we are unable to attend the memorial service on Wednesday as we both have bad colds but please accept our condolences.

Dear Tracy, Lisa, Bill, so sorry to hear about your father,my sincere condolences to your entire family. I remember spending a few days in Grand Bend one summer at your dads place with Bill, when I was younger. It was one of those enjoyable times of my past.
I had the pleasure of meeting Ron this summer when he came east with Tracy and Bill to join his daughter Lisa and assist in her summer work project of building a deck. I think there might have been one day off to golf…smile. We had alot of laughs and I will miss seeing him this year.
Tracey, Amanda, Bill and Lisa
I am so sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of that one week so you must have have a million.
Lyn
Dear Tracy, Lisa and Billy,
I will always treasure the fond memories I have of your dad. Although he often gave the impression of being a real grumpy fella, those of us who knew him well often witnessed how caring and warm-hearted he really was.
And this “thing” he had about Frenchies (Clay often wrote about that), well, we all know I got on his nerves a lot at times (smile).
We should all take comfort in the knowledge that Ron is turning things around “up there” as he did down here…
God speed, buddy

Hello. My condolences for your loss. I was going through my late father’s papers and came across a favourable reference report he wrote on April 12, 1962 when Mr. Landrey was applying to lease a Fina gas station at Wharncliffe and Oxford in London. I wonder if he ever did get the station. I Googled the location and there is no service station there today. If anyone is interested in the document, I could send it along. Thank you.
