HUTT……
It is with great sadness and sorrow that the family announces the passing of David T. Hutt on Sunday, May 11, 2008 in his 65th year. David died at home surrounded by his wife and two children. He is survived by the love of his life, best friend and wife of 41 years, Norma (Taylor) Hutt. Proud dad of Jackie (John) and Raymond (Emily). Missed by his brother Stan (Pam) in France, brother-in-law Alf in England, as well as his nieces and nephews. David will be remembered fondly by his extended family, the “Taylors”, especially his mother-in-law Joan, sister-in-law Joelene (Brian) and their family. Predeceased by his infant daughter Sarah Elizabeth (1972), his mother Elizabeth “Betty” (1991) and his sister Betty (2005). His unique sense of humour will be missed by all who knew him. In keeping with David’s wishes cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family from 6:00 – 9:00 pm Wednesday and 12:00 – 1:00 pm Thursday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. A celebration of David’s life will be held in the chapel on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 1:00 pm, with Reverend Wayne Prevett officiating. Interment of cremated remains in Pond Mills Cemetery, London. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the London Regional Cancer Program, 747 Baseline Road East, London ON N6C 2R6 or Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada, London Chapter, 600-60 St. Clair Avenue East, Toronto ON M4T 1N5 would be appreciated. You know how much David meant to me, and I feel the pain and sadness of losing him along with you. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to know him as I did. I will miss that keen sense of humour and sharp wit, as that is how I will fondly remember him. You are an incredible family, and David remains a very integral part. He will continue to be a strong presence in our hearts and in our memories, and celebrations will continue in his honour. Just as it seems he has always been there, he always will be.
