Peacefully, on February 19, 2009 at Victoria Hospital, London, in her 85th year. Rose Suzanne (Robinson) Ash is deeply missed and gratefully appreciated by her sons Richard and Stephen, daughter-in-law Deborah, her grandchildren Catherine, Charlotte, Gerrit and Jordan, all of London, as well as her beloved sister Elizabeth Postma (Arthur) and brothers Charles (Miriam), Brian (Mary) and Bruce Robinson. Beloved “Nanny” to Warren, Rachel, Jonathan, Nathaniel and Naomi. Now at home and alive in Christ, with her parents Charles and Dorothy and her brother Paul. A lifelong Londoner, Suzanne was loved and respected by all who met her as church secretary, Sunday School teacher, financial advisor, bookkeeper, seamstress, church leader or friend. “Blessed are they which die in the Lord; they may rest from their labours, and their works follow them”. Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Sunday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. Funeral service will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel, 555 Springbank Drive, London, on Monday, February 23rd at 1:00 pm Friends who wish may make memorial donations to the Salvation Army Family Services, 371 King Street, London, ON N6B 1S4.
