I had the pleasure and honour of meeting Jack when I joined the Stratford Optimist Club in the late ’70s. I enjoyed his friendship and wisdom and respected his leadership. Jack always enjoyed a good joke and I remember is laugh to this day. Jack was a true gentleman. To Beryl and family, I offer my deepest condolences.
