GOERTZ-PATERSON: Trudy
At University Hospital, London on Sunday, April 5, 2009. Gertrude Alice (McClenneghan) Goertz-Paterson of London in her 87th year. Beloved mother of Dwight Goertz and his wife Barbara, Merle Goertz and Darrell Goertz. Dear grandmother of Rebecca and William Harley, Anthony Goertz and David and Jennifer Goertz. Also loved by her great-grandchildren Alexa and John Harley. Trudy is dearly loved and is remembered as woman of great faith. Friends will be received by the family from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm Thursday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the complete funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Friday, April 10th at 11:00 am with Reverend Robert W. Wilson officiating. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.     Heartfelt Greetings,

    On behalf of the Goertz family out west, we are all saddened for your loss. My personal memories go back to a wonderful person who was most hospitable. I remember visiting the family on Vashon Island near Seattle and recall her warmth and love to this young person. Trudy will always be Aunt Alice to me.
