Please accept my condolences in the passing of Bob. I worked in London, at Barney’s for many years. It was there, that I became good friends with Bob. We went out for dinner often. I invited Bob to my house for dinner parties, and he too invited me to his house to watch the occasional PGA tournament on TV.
In the early ’90’s I moved west, but looked Bob up, when I was back in the London area. I last saw bob down in Port Lambton a couple of years ago, where we arranged to meet, abeit briefly.
Bob was a good friend, and a kind soul. I remember him fondly, and think of him often.
Sincerely, John McCart
We knew Bob for several years, and our family had many enjoyable outings with him on his boat “Sea Gal”. We had not been able to get hold of him the past few months, not realising he was hospitalized. We will not be able to attend the funeral but wish to express our condolences to his family. We have been very saddened by Bobs’ passing and he will always be in our hearts. Sincerely Gord and Crystal Luxton and family
My dear friend Bob:
We have known each other for the past 4 plus years – you are a dear friend of mine and I am sorry that I was not there for you during the last months. We never got that golf game in but we will meet again someday and get that game in. I’ll miss your talks and your warm smile and hugs. You are a wonderful person and I am so happy to have known you. Love your opp friend Heather
