Sorry to read of Doug’s passing, Phyllis. I remember that Doug was not well the last time I talked to you which was some time ago so it has been a long struggle for him. Sincerest sympathy to you and your family at this time.

I have known Doug for 38 years now as he was the one that interviewed me for a job at Touche Ross and I have been here ever since (now Deloitte). A nicer man you could never meet and I have always held fond memories in my heart for him. He will be sadly missed but is now at peace and hopefully in a kind place. Thank you Phyllis for caring so much about him these past years – I know for a fact that you were the light of his life and were cherished immensely.
