we are very sad to hear the passing of etehel,we got to know her when she was with our dad Robert Hicks
She was a very wonderful lady and she had a great sense of humour. She was always gracious to my entire familywhich i cannot express enough thanks.I tried to keep in touch with her as much as possible after my father passed away. We have been in Edmonton for almost four years and did not get much opportunity to get back to London to see her.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, especially Judy and Carrie who I got to know quite well. She will be missed a lot.

Dear Family.
I was saddened to read of Ethel’s passing this morning in yesterday’s paper. I’ve known Ethel for almost 50 years (since I was a baby). My brothers and I grew up on Windsor Ave and knew Ethel for years from her working at Tyler & Zettel Drug Store. I also know Ethel (and Judy and family) from Church of the Epiphany. My family and I are truly sorry for the loss of such a wonderful woman!! She will be missed greatly!! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this especially difficult time. God Bless.
Rayna and I wish to express our deepest condolences on the passing of my dear Aunt Ethel to her family and friends. We will fondly remember her in our memories.
My deepest condolences,
Greg Temelini
Dear Judy,
My sincere condolences on the loss of your dear mother. I know you will cherish your memories of her forever.
Judy, Jack, Sara & Kari,
Our deepest sympathies for your loss. Ethel was a good Grama to Candice and Madison and we regret not spending much time with her in 2010. When introduced to Val she took him on as her grandson too. Life gets busy, but it should never interfere with family time. I will regret the time we missed with Ethel, but treasure the years we did have with her. The children will miss their Grama and I will miss my friend.
Love Catherine, Paul, Candice, Madison and Val
Good riddance. Not a nice person at all.
