We love you so much GPA. You will be dearly missed. You always had a song in your heart and I can still hear you singing “It’s a lovely day today”. We know you loved your family more than anything in the world. Doris (GMA) was the love of your life and we know how much you missed her. Now you are united forever in Heaven and we are glad you are at peace. Love your granddaughter, Cheryl
Michael & Heather, Please accept our deepest sympathy in the death of Mike’s father.
We are very sorry we are unable to be at the visitation, but we are thinking of you and will see you soon.
Dear Michael and Malcolm:
Please accept my condolences with respect to your Father’s passing. I had known Ed since 1969 and he was a man of integrity in all of our interactions. I am sure that you will have wonderful family memories of both Ed and Doris.Unfortunately, I am away and will not be able to pay my respects in person.

Mr Ed Hines, finally gets to see his love again. I lived across the street from Ed all my life until he sold the house, his attitude and personality is one ill never forget, Ill be listening to his albulm that ive kept and will keep for years to come, rest in peace old chap! and to the family, your a lucky bunch, be grateful to have been loved by such a sweet man, they dont make em quite like that anymore!
Ed was a wonderful neighbour. He always gave a smile to passers by. We all know that Doris was “the love of his life”. Ed was very kind and invited us several times to come for a swim as he didn’t want his pool to go unused. Our son is planning on playing Ed’s CD, tomorrow, in memory of him and their combined love for music. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. Sincerely, Inge, Don & Derek Desmarais
Ed was a great boss and a good friend, many a happy time my wife Joan and I had at the Hines home
