Pat was a beautiful, delightful person and a talented artist.
She will be fondly remembered through her paintings which are a testament to her devotion to art, her vision of the world and her warm spirit.
So sorry for your loss Barb and family. You are in our thoughts.
so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts are with you and Jessie and Morgan. Laurie and Andrew, Dianne and Harry.
I was one of Pat’s watercolour students through the London PUC evening program. I just looked at one of my earliest still life paintings and it was dated 1976! Pat was patient, inspiring, creative and a really gentle teacher who could make a point without making you feel judged. I learned a lot from her and still paint occasionally. One of her daughters was the live (clothed!) model for our class once. Pat brought interesting still life arrangements to the classes- you could tell that she loved to have beauty around her and shared it with others. The world is less kind without her.
