COXEN, Edith…..
Peacefully surrounded by family at Victoria Hospital, London, Edith (Price) Coxen in her 62nd year. Beloved wife of Bill Coxen. Loving mother of Chris Grealey, Amy Rowswell, Adam Coxen and the late Gabrielle Grealey. Step-mother of Tammy Coxen and the late Terri Coxen. Cherished grandma of Jazzmyn, Ethan, Nolan, Houston, Emily, Christopher, Thomas and Liam. Dearly missed by her sister, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and their families. Devoted God-mother of Jade and Madison. Edith and Bill enjoyed their life as snowbirds and RVers and she will be missed by her many friends. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Edith’s life will be held on Friday, September 19, 2014 from 5-9pm. Those who wish to attend, please contact the family directly. A private interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 47 Squires Bakers Lane, Markham, ON L3P 3G8. A. It is with great sadness that I learn of Edith’s passing. I had only known her for a year at the park but knew immediately, on meeting her, the dedication she had to Shady Pines. I will miss her bright call pf 50/50. I will also miss her support as I once again try to quit smoking. Edith was my great support through our face book contact. My thoughts and prayers are with you Bill and your family.

Edith was a delight and a friend to treasure. She had a servant’s heart and no bead project was too difficult and it was never about the money. Edith called me her friend and that meant more to me than anything else. Her memory is one that I will always treasure. She will be greatly missed! My heart goes out to all of you that will be there to miss her.
